  • Industrial Mechanic

    Industrial Mechanics are responsible for the general maintenance, repair and upgrades of all production equipment, systems and facilities.

    Requirements:

    • 5 years of Industrial Maintenance experience
    • Must be available to work overtime as necessary; must be able to work all shifts
  • Industrial Electrician

    Industrial Electricians perform maintenance activities associated with electrical/electronic systems including programmable logic controllers, distributed control systems, as/dc drives, relay logic circuits and equipment software.

    Requirements:

    • 3 years of Industrial Electrician experience
    • Experience in Robotics, Infrared Imaging, PLCs and Troubleshooting
    • Basic electrical skills covering 480v 3ph system, transformers, AC & DC drives, power supplies, etc
    • Must be available to work overtime as necessary; must be able to work all shifts
  • Operations Supervisor

    Operations Supervisors lead and coach employees in the proper performance of duties, provide training and address performance issues. Control labor costs and expenditures and supervise operations within department productivity targets and budget.     • 2 years manufacturing leadership experience
    • Ability to work additional hours and/or shifts as needed to meet departmental goals (including weekends as needed)
  • Quality Control Specialist

    Quality Control Specialists are responsible for serving as site resource on the qualitative analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished product samples collected throughout the whiskey production process.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering , Food Science or related science
    • 2 years experience in beverage alcohol/food industry
  • Maintenance Supervisor and/or Manager

    Maintenance Supervisors and Managers are responsible for all maintenance activities throughout the organization. Provides direction and support to the maintenance team; sets policy and establishes procedures for the department and monitors and manages maintenance activities to ensure productive, efficient operations, compliant with all Corporate and regulatory requirements.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or Industrial)
    • 3+ years minimum direct leadership experience in a manufacturing environment with supervisory/management experience within a maintenance organization
  • Cooperage Laborer

    Cooperage Laborers play a vital hands-on-role in crafting the oak barrels that age celebrated spirits like Jack Daniel’s and Woodford Reserve. Expect physically demanding work across the barrel-making process, from handling raw materials to assisting coopers with assembly and charing.
